I saw some information on the internet where folks had built ROV's from PVC.
So I decided to try it myself. The camera enclosure is made from a PVC
Toilet Flange and the frame from 3/4" PVC. I mounted some 500 GPM bilge
pumps for propulsion and wired them to a controller with 12 volt relays.
